You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 3 calendar days of the original payment date.
- You have not used more than 100 credits from the purchased package.
Email hello@imageprompts.co with the email address associated with your account. We will verify your eligibility and process the refund within 5 business days.
- All credits from the refunded package are removed from your account immediately.
- Any images generated using credits from the refunded package remain accessible.
- If your remaining credit balance goes below zero after the reversal, it will be set to zero.
Refunds are not available when:
- More than 3 days have passed since payment.
- You have already used more than 100 credits from the package.
- The purchase was made using a promotional code or bonus credits only.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately. Please reach out to us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly.
